Cancellation Policy
The summit registration fee includes access to all summit activities including meals provided during the summit. Early Bird Registration Rates are fully refundable, less a $75 processing fee through Thursday, September 3. There are no refunds starting Friday, September 4.
To receive a registration refund, less a $75 processing fee, on all other rates, cancellations must be received via this form by September 3, 2026 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded.
Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting pdma@pdma.org.
