Bennett Brenton joined Snap-on Incorporated as Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President of Innovation in February 2007. Snap-on is a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, diagnostics and equipment solutions for professional users. Ben’s role is to drive innovative products, solutions and processes that fundamentally change the markets Snap-on serves and enhance customer perception of its brands. Ben has helped to create, support and institutionalize a culture at Snap-on that embraces creativity, risk, change and fearless innovation. In early 2009 Ben launched Innovation Works! – a physical center for innovation at Snap-on’s office in Kenosha Wisconsin. Prior to joining Snap-on, Ben spent 4 years in Marketing at PepsiCo, most recently as the Director of Innovation for the Frito-Lay Convenience Foods division. At PepsiCo he also led innovation as Director of Innovation for Tropicana and prior to that as Director of Innovation for Shelf Stable Beverages. Before joining PepsiCo, Ben was Marketing Director of New Products at Kraft Foods. He spent over 14 years at Kraft Foods, starting as a Research Scientist in Biotechnology and working in various roles with increasing responsibility and scope across R&D and Marketing. Ben has over 20 years of experience focused on new product development, marketing and innovation. Ben is a recognized expert in innovation and an expert at facilitating ideation sessions and customer interviews. Ben holds a Bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters degree in Microbial Genetics from the University of Nebraska. He was awarded a fellowship in Biotechnology from the National Academy of Sciences and received a Ph.D, in Food Science and Nutrition with an emphasis in Molecular Genetics from the University of Massachusetts. He is an active runner, cyclist and triathlete.
Bryan Brister is a veteran executive business leader with over two decades of global experience driving scalable innovation in high-growth, entrepreneurial ventures. Serving the last four years as Chief Operating Officer at Moleaer, the market creator and global leader in nanobubble technology, he led product development, engineering, assembly, and operations teams during a period of rapid expansion. Under his leadership, Moleaer developed and scaled breakthrough products across water treatment, food safety and environmental applications – work graciously recognized by PDMA’s Global Innovator Award for 2025!
Robin L. Champ is a visionary leader in strategic foresight and strategy management, currently serving as the Vice President, Strategic Foresight at LBL Strategies and an instructor at Harvard Extension School.
Previously, as Head of Product Design & Research at Oracle, Jod led a global design practice delivering SaaS solutions that supported critical energy and construction services. Today, he heads the service design practice at Launch by NTT Data, where he is shaping the future of service innovation and helping organizations craft transformative, human-centered systems and experiences.
Kevin Cahill has been a very successful entrepreneur. He is also President of the Deming Institute and grandson of Dr. Deming.
Christian Ference is the Global Product Manager at Moleaer, where he drives the translation of nanobubble technology into practical solutions for water treatment, food safety, and environmental applications. Since joining Moleaer in 2019, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s R&D program and product portfolio, advancing nanobubble systems that enhance sustainability and performance across industries. Christian holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where he focused on sustainable technologies to address global challenges in food, water, and energy.
Will has held several strategy and design leadership roles and advises firms in fintech, travel, healthcare, and e-commerce focused on developing the capabilities to shape the future. Will integrates foresight and strategy with human-centered design to restructure global firms for growth; drive innovate and shape markets. Will has led transformational initiatives for Fortune 50 companies across various industries. He has designed and launched multiple game-changing products; created and scaled enterprise digital/product transformation offices to accelerate and sustain cultures of continuous discovery and delivery, and guides clients on driving innovation and the necessary behavioral and culture changes.
Leah Huf is a passionate advocate for the strategic alignment of project and product management. With a 14-year career spanning operations, program, and product management, she brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role as a Global Product Manager at the Project Management Institute (PMI). During her three years at PMI, she has managed products and services, and the process in which they get built, to bring the organization's own research to life.

Robert Marten is a seasoned product operations leader with 15+ years of experience driving continuous improvement in technical organizations. As part of Pendo’s Product Operations department, he leads a global team of R&D Program Managers, blending Lean and Agile principles to accelerate product delivery. Robert has guided the evolution of Scrum Masters into strategic program leaders, amplifying the team’s strategic contribution to the organization. His work focuses on enabling high-performing teams by optimizing the connections between people, processes, and tools. Robert holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Brent joined Tempur Sealy International in 2011. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Brand Management and Product Development, he's responsible for driving Tempur Sealy’s product innovation, brand portfolio, and product roadmap. Prior to this role, he led each of Tempur Sealy’s major brands, playing a central role in the growth of Tempur-Pedic® over the past decade.
Jay Nakagawa has over 25 years’ experience as a successful product manager and is currently the Director of Competitive Intelligence for Dell Technologies. Jay is recognized for his ability to develop successful product strategies across different industries. Jay is also a keynote speaker at industry and analyst events around the globe. Having held positions in sales, business development, marketing, and product management, and executive positions domestically and abroad and is well versed in insights across multi-disciplinary functions. Jay has worked for enterprise companies, high-growth, and startups in his career and is the former Chairman of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) association. He is a faculty member of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence (ACI) and regular guest speaker at the SMU Cox School of Business in Dallas. He was inducted in 2023 as a CI Fellow by the Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellows, the prestigious think tank that focuses on leading-edge strategies and competitive intelligence issues. Brooke is an IT Innovation Strategist for the IT Tech Office Americas. She has been with the BMW Group since 2011 with a background in Data & Analytics. Brooke has a passion for delivery within emerging technologies while ensuring a focus on business value and remaining customer centric. Working closely with the IT Tech Office team, she is focused on planning, organizing, and implementing a roadmap for innovation ideas and moving concepts into reality within the Americas Region.

David Robertson is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he teaches Innovation and Product Management. From 2002 through 2009 David was the LEGO Professor of Innovation at the Swiss business school IMD where he wrote his award-winning book ‘Brick by Brick: How LEGO Rewrote the Rules of Innovation and Conquered the Global Toy Industry’. David's latest book ‘The Power of Little Idea’ was published in 2017 by Harvard Business School Press. From 2010 through 2017, David was a Professor of Practice at the Wharton School where he taught Innovation and Product Design. David currently runs MIT’s new program “Revitalizing Existing Products Using AI-Driven Innovation.” David also runs MIT’s largest executive program, the Executive Program in General Management. When not teaching at MIT he consults with global Fortune 1000 companies on innovation issues and is a frequent speaker at corporate events and industry trade shows. David holds an MBA and PhD from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. David’s current interests are the application of AI to innovation processes and practices. David is also writing a new book on Native Innovation – how western cultures can learn from the egalitarian and communal values of the Cherokees to become more community-focused in their innovation processes.
Morten Sorensen is an enterprise strategy execution leader with extensive global experience in IT Services and Enterprise Strategy Execution. His experience includes IT Transformation, IT Service Delivery, Operations and Client Account Management, Enterprise PMO, M&A Integration, Strategic Program Management, Portfolio Management and Product Management. Morten has managed global organizations and transformational product management and service delivery on four continents, and he has lived in both Europe and the US. Currently, Morten is Vice President of the System IT Portfolio Management Office at the US Federal Reserve. He has coauthored guidelines in areas of PMO practices as well as Benefit Realization Management for the Project Management Institute, and he is a frequent speaker on these and other Strategy Execution related subjects.
